- In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than
1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent

100 % of the total booking value will be charged.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled one day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. COMMENTS: Please be aware that we will request a 20 pound deposit per day in addition to your room rate when you check in. This can done with credit card or cash, and will be returned if not used against bar, vending or other hotel facilities. Children under the age of 19 stay free of charge when accompanied by parent(s) and occupying one of our family rooms. We will happily allow small dogs to accompany guests when staying at the hotel, but would request that owners contact the hotel prior to arrival. Guide dogs of any size are permitted without question. The hotel has a limited number of smoking rooms available and would ask that should you require one, you contact the hotel directly. Please also be aware that we have an additional 5.00 charge if there are three adults sharing one room. In the case of single sex large bookings, a 'Good Behaviour Bond' of 500.00 or 50% of the booking value, whichever total is greater, will be required to secure the booking.
